If you don’t have access to a computer, please visit Centralized Admissions at 1085 Peoria Street, Aurora, 80011. Centralized Admissions is open year around from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with extended hours August 1-5 and August 8-12 until 6:00 p.m.

Enrollment is a simple two-step process!

Step 1:

Online Registration: 

Before you begin the online process, please gather the following:

  • Household information – address and phone numbers
  • Parent information – work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
  • Student information – birth certificate, immunization records
  • Emergency contacts – phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses
  • Your proof of residence
  • Your photo ID

Log onto the online registration website at the button above and follow the simple instructions.  Scan and send the documents that are required for admission to admissionsoffice@aps.k12.co.us. If you are unable to scan your documents, there are free apps online that will enable your smart phone to serve as a scanner. Or you may simply take a picture of the documents with your smart phone. Be sure that your student’s name is on all the documents and that all information is clear so that it can be easily read. 

Your online registration will then be reviewed by the Centralized Admissions staff. You will receive an email either notifying you that your admission has been approved and advising you of your next step or notifying you that additional information is needed in order for your admission to be approved.

OR

If you do not have access to a computer, please visit our Centralized Admissions Office at the 1085 Peoria Street, Aurora, 80011, where you can submit a paper copy of your admission paperwork for all of your school-aged children at one time. If possible, please complete the forms and paperwork before you arrive. You can find the forms and paperwork here.

Please bring all of your required documents with you when you come to the Centralized Admissions office.

Step 2:

Once you have received your approval of your online admission or you have completed the admission process at Centralized Admissions, you will visit your student’s school to complete the enrollment process. Your student will receive class assignments, schedules and other information unique to each school.
